New horizons are in store for LifeScape as this new building will expand and centralize operations currently conducted in sixteen different facilities in Sioux Falls. Technology will play an important role at the new campus, thanks to state-of-the-art technologies to improve the capabilities of those we serve. Besides enabling new technologies, the new building will allow improved monitoring of patients and residents, and meet the growing demand for services in a region that will continue to grow rapidly in population. Our current facilities are unable to meet the demand.

Operating out of a fully-equipped building, LifeScape will become a regional care facility providing care once offered only in larger, far-off cities. Centralization in a clean, well-lit building will help LifeScape attract and retain top professionals and keep them current in their diverse fields. The single building will yield, as well, numerous efficiencies in food service, energy systems, and accessibility for families and visiting healthcare specialists.

The new facility will also enhance LifeScape’s public visibility, facilitating state and federal funding and increasing philanthropic opportunities.
