In May 2023, LifeScape acquired 10 acres of land in northwest Sioux Falls for our new state-of-the-art children’s campus. It is located on North Career Avenue and West 34th Street North, south of Benson Road and west of I-29. 

In the fall of 2023, some utility work was done on the land before winter set in, so that work could begin as soon as possible in the spring.  Construction began with the April 12th groundbreaking ceremony. The general contractor is Henry Carlson Construction.
